The Top Companies list is based on billions of measures taken by the 500 million LinkedIn members. Our data team, in collaboration with our global editorial team, analyzed these actions to obtain a mixed score ranking the winners in each country.

Flipkart has caught up with No. 1 for the second consecutive year despite many challenging challenges over the past few months. The 10-year-old company, synonymous with Indian e-commerce, has shaken up these problems to secure a record $ 1 billion in funding. It also plans to hire 3,000 full-time and temporary workers this year.
